By signing up for services with Scooped you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

Services
Scooped provides residential pet waste removal services in Tallahassee, Florida including weekly, bi-weekly, and twice weekly dog waste scooping.

Scheduling & Access
You are responsible for ensuring safe and unlocked access to your yard on your scheduled service day. If we cannot access your yard you will still be charged for that visit. Please secure any unsafe pets before your service. Please notify us of any gate codes or special access instructions.

Billing & Payment
Service fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By providing payment information you authorize Scooped to charge your card automatically each month. If a payment fails we will notify you and attempt to process again. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.

Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. To cancel contact us at service@stayscooped.com.

Pausing Service
If your pet will not be using the yard for a period of time and you do not wish to be charged please notify us in advance to pause your service.

Weather
Inclement weather may occasionally delay service. We will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible within the same week and notify you of any changes.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a cleanup contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-service your yard at no charge.

Liability
Scooped is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to gates, fences, or yard features. Any damage believed to be caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not liable for injuries to people or pets due to unsafe yard conditions.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. You will be notified at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect.
